Each case starts with the business or performance problem — not the software. Where original artifacts are confidential, I have rebuilt sanitized versions rather than blurring the originals.

LMS Modernization, Content Architecture & Governance

My Role: LMS Administrator & Program Manager
THE CHALLENGE
Two organizations, two platforms, one recurring problem:
Libraries of genuinely good learning content that nobody could locate, trust, or maintain. Fixing that is less about the platform than about the architecture and the rules underneath it.
WHAT I BUILT
300+ Learning assets audited and migrated · 10,000+ Associates supported across platforms · 4 Platforms unified (Docebo, Workday, SuccessFactors, SharePoint)

SYNTHESIS
The platforms had nothing in common. SharePoint and Docebo and Workday Learning solve different problems for different audiences under different constraints. What transferred was the sequence.
Audit before you architect. The inventory is what makes the case for change and shows you where the real problems are — which are rarely where people say they are.
Naming and lifecycle rules before migration. Moving content into a new system without them reproduces the original mess in better software.
Governance documentation is the deliverable, not the byproduct. A structure nobody can operate after you leave was never really built.
Design for how people search, not how the organization is shaped. Org charts make poor navigation.
Platform capability is a product decision. Badging and gamification are not features you switch on — they are choices about what behavior the system should reward.

THE CHALLENGE
Primary schools were reopening after COVID-19 with no unified hygiene curriculum and teachers who had never taught one before — across twelve pilot schools with very different levels of readiness.
WHAT I BUILT
Designed and led a five-deliverable curriculum package covering both the learner experience and the facilitator enablement needed to deliver it consistently: a facilitator guide, a student workbook, narratives for lower and upper primary, and a teacher IPC checklist — built for teachers delivering it for the first time.
KEY ARTIFACTS
