I started in classrooms — K–12 and international schools — which is where I learned that a well-built lesson can fail completely if you have misread the room. That lesson has held up across every sector since.
From there the scope kept widening. Instructional designer, then program coordinator, then senior designer, then program manager — moving from building single courses to owning the systems that produce and deliver them.
Along the way: five years of EMEAI work in global aviation, a two-year UNICEF engagement, enterprise retail at 10,000+ associates, and most recently enterprise learning and AI readiness inside a high-consequence regulated industry. My consulting practice has run alongside all of it since 2012.
What I want now is the same work at a higher altitude, somewhere that treats modernization as an opportunity rather than a risk to be managed. I am at my best where innovation is welcome, communication is direct, and the team actually functions as one.
